What inspires you to compete?

Well I am a VERY competitive person to begin with. I've been riding since I was 10 so I only have a couple years under my belt. I've had a few knee surgeries so getting back from those can be hard. I hope to race some local Hare scrambles this season.

Why do you like this sport?

It started when I was in Tampa, FL. Really don't remember the reason, but I was in a hotel. I turned on ESPN to see what was happening in the sports world. Right when I turned it on, I saw a guy on a dirt bike doing a double backflip.... TRAVIS PASTRANA!! So I though ''WOW THAT WAS SWEET!'' My mom had actually used to ride motor scooters (Vespas, etc) So then a year later she got into it. So now was my time to jump into it I thought. So I asked her. One day I came home from school and she said ''Lets's go...'' I was kind of confused, she said ''You'll see.'' We went to someones house and bought a 1980 Honda Urban Express 50cc moped. I learned how to ride that. Then I moved up to a 2003 Yamaha TTR125. I learned how to ride that. Now I'm on a 04 Suzuki RM85L. So pretty much to sum it up... I ride because it's enjoyable to me. I know I'm not good but it's my kind of fun. I'm the really only kid in my school who rides. I know someone else that actually goes to my school and rides and he's become one of my best friends.

How's Life Treating You?

Pretty good pretty good :) I go to middle school. I've never failed a grade. I usually make As and Bs. I broke my leg in 07 so that bugs me from time to time. I broke my growth plate. I've had a total of about six surgeries on my knees. I've also broken my arm when I was 2, jumped off a couch, and broke my thumb when I was 5, slammed it into a car door. So nothing really too bad... yet, haha.

Do you like to travel? What's your best (clean) road trip story?

I like to travel. We travel up to our place in New England for vacations I get. We're lucky enough to have a nice Winnebago Adventurer motor home to travel in. The whole family comes, me, dad, mom, grandpa, and my pets; Angel and Duchess.
