My proudest racing moment?
My proudest moments I would have to say is when I raced down at Lorettas this year. I can remember sitting on the starting gate at 7:30 am on Tues. and feeling like this is what I had worked for so hard the last 4 years. And then finishing 5th in that same race and being under the tent with the rest of the top 10 riders after the race. That was a great feeling. And it makes me realize what I CAN do and that is making me work that much harder at realizing my dreams.
Why do you like this sport?
I like this sport because it is challenging and you really have to apply yourself to keep improving. I also like it because it gives you a chance to travel and be with your family a lot, which is fun. The sport is physically demanding which really helps you stay in shape. It helps keep you mentally sharp also because you have to get out there and stay focused. Me personally I ride from the heart and always give it my all. That is very rewarding.

Do you like to travel? What's your best (clean) road trip story?
Yes, we really like to get out there and travel. We've been to so many different tracks in several different states. Its fun meeting other riders and hearing their stories also. Its really a family sport in so many ways. My best road trip was this year when my Dad and I went to Mid-Ohio Regional and I won the overall in my class. We really had fun that trip.
